Training
VKL is a leading provider of mental healthcare training. Our team of expert trainers combine experienced healthcare professionals and accredited Instructors. All of our skilled and experienced trainers are dedicated to delivering a professional, friendly and effective training service to all those who seek it.  We offer a range of short courses tailored towards training healthcare professionals to the highest possible standard.

 

Agency
VKL ensure that we recruit only the most professional and competent of healthcare professionals who can accurately promote what VKL stands for. Thus, we personally ensure that all our members are equipped with knowledge and skills above and beyond the requisite to carry out their duties, and that they are able to work along side our clients’ own workforce seamlessly. We demand that all our staff maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.

We carefully monitor their performance on a continual basis and actively seek feedback from our clients and staff as part of our quality assurance program.

Transport
We provide vital specialised transport services to
local Mental Health NHS Trusts and private
hospitals. Our experience and understanding in the risks involved in patient transfers and the training we require all our escorts and drivers to undertake clearly sets us apart from other transport services on offer.

Our unique position as trainer and supplier of healthcare professionals easily distinguishes us from other organisations offering similar transport services. All staff used by our transport division are hand picked from our Agency division which ensures that staff have passed VKL's stringent screening process and have the relevant experience dealing with vulnerable and mentally ill persons.
